Associations which have adopted the Standard Closing Documents

The Ontario Standard Closing documents (OSCD) have received the unanimous approval of all 46 County Law Associations in Ontario and are endorsed by the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA) and Toronto Lawyers Association

The Working Group thanks all the associations who have shown their support for their real estate lawyers and adopted these documents.

The OSCD are available in the Conveyancer and Realtiweb software, please select them as your standard documents for your transactions.
